These terms set out the rules for using unwindwithanu.com and the services Anu Taksali offers — free assessments, journal tools, paid digital programs, group offerings, and 1:1 coaching. By using the site or any of these services, you agree to these terms.

Who you're dealing with

"Unwind with Anu" is a brand operated by Ankverse Global FZE (Dubai, UAE) and Ubique Digitals (India), founded by Anu Taksali. Throughout these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean that organisation. "You" means the visitor or customer.

What's free, and what's paid

• Free — the website itself, the diagnostic suite (Nazariya, Stress Pattern, Allostatic Load), the welcome guide, and the journal tools (My Foundation, Daily Journal, True North Clarity Map). You can use these as much as you like.
• Paid — programs like Nazariya: The Perspective Program, signature webinars, group cohorts, and 1:1 coaching. Pricing and terms for each are listed on their respective enrolment pages.

Your account & accuracy of information

When you submit information to us — through forms, contact requests, or program enrolments — you confirm that what you're providing is accurate and that you're at least 18 years old. If something changes, please update us.

Payments, refunds, and cancellations

Payments

Payments for paid programs are processed via our payment partners (Razorpay, Stripe, or similar). Prices on enrolment pages are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. All transactions are in INR or the currency listed on the specific offer page.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is set per-program and shown on each enrolment page. Where a refund window applies (typically 7 days from purchase), refund requests must be made by emailing unwindwithanu@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund request — [Program name]" and the order ID. Refunds are not available once you have accessed more than the introductory portion of a self-paced program, except where required by law.

Cancellations of 1:1 coaching

For 1:1 sessions, cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled call are eligible for rescheduling at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, are charged in full.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Nazariya Framework™, the Four Bodies framework, assessment questions and scoring methods, the Values Alignment Statement™, course videos, written content, designs, logos, photographs, and audio — is owned by Anu Taksali / Ankverse Global / Ubique Digitals, or used with permission. You may share individual blog posts, social media content, or quotes with proper attribution. You may not:

• copy, reproduce, or republish course materials in part or in whole,
• resell, sublicense, or share your access to paid programs,
• scrape or systematically harvest content from the site,
• use Anu's name, image, or any registered marks for commercial purposes without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or services to:

• break the law,
• harass, threaten, or harm any other person,
• interfere with the functioning of the site or its security,
• upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems,
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

We reserve the right to terminate access to any service if these terms are violated.

Third-party links and services

Some links on this site point to third-party platforms (Ankverse, learning platforms, payment processors, social media). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those external platforms — please review their own policies.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and free tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes from using the assessments, journals, programs, or coaching — results depend on you, your circumstances, and your willingness to apply what you learn.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Anu Taksali nor Ankverse Global / Ubique Digitals will be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Privacy

How we handle the information you give us is set out in our Privacy Policy. By using the site you also accept that policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when. Material changes will be announced through the newsletter. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India for India-based customers, and the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) for international customers, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be handled in the courts of those jurisdictions, respectively.
