Refund Policy & Program Terms

This page sets out the refund policy and the terms that apply when you apply for, pay for, or enrol in the Nazariya program and related 1:1 coaching offered by Anu Taksali under the “Unwind with Anu” brand. By making a payment, you accept these terms together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Who you’re dealing with

“Unwind with Anu” is a brand operated by Ankverse Global FZE (Dubai, UAE) and Ubique Digitals (India), founded by Anu Taksali. Throughout this page, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that organisation, and “you” means the applicant or client.

2. The program & what you receive

Nazariya is a high-touch identity-transformation program built on the MAGNET Method™, delivered over seven phases:

• M — Mirror: identity diagnosis; making your Identity Loop visible.
• A — Awaken: separating who you are from inherited beliefs and labels.
• G — Ground: body & nervous-system alignment.
• N — Navigate: mental alignment and conscious decision-making.
• E — Elevate: emotional alignment with your chosen identity.
• T — Transform: identity embodiment in daily life.
• Identity Lock: integration, backed by the 66-Day Identity Evidence Protocol™.

The program also includes mandatory weekly community calls that every member is expected to attend. These live calls are a core part of the method — they provide accountability, guidance, and shared momentum. Session formats, materials, schedule, and duration are confirmed to you in writing at enrolment.

3. Payments & charges

• Application / Clarity Call fee: ₹999 (India) or $49 (international). This is a screening fee that covers the personal review of your application and the reserved 1:1 time.
• Nazariya program fee: ₹69,000 plus applicable GST.
• 1:1 Clarity Call fee: ₹7,000 (India) or $99 (international). This is the full amount payable — no GST is added at present.

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Razorpay and, for international payments, its supported gateways). All amounts are payable in the currency shown on the payment page. GST is charged as per prevailing statutory guidelines and shown on your invoice. Where an instalment option is offered, missed instalments may pause access until the account is brought current.

4. Refunds & cancellations

Application fee

The application fee is fully refundable if, after review, we determine you are not the right fit and do not offer you a place. It is non-refundable once you are offered and/or attend your Clarity Call, as it has then been used for the review and reserved time.

Program fee

Because Nazariya is a high-touch, limited-seat program in which your place, materials, and 1:1 and group time are reserved for you the moment you enrol, the program fee is non-refundable once your enrolment is confirmed — including for change of mind, non-participation, non-attendance of community calls, or not completing the process.

In place of a cash-back guarantee, your outcome is protected by the 66-Day Identity Evidence Protocol™: if you complete the program honestly — attend the sessions and community calls, do the exercises, and show up with commitment — and still feel nothing meaningful has shifted, we continue working with you at no additional cost until we create meaningful movement. Full terms are confirmed at enrolment, and nothing here removes any rights you have under applicable law.

1:1 Clarity Call — cancellations & rescheduling

The 1:1 Clarity Call fee is non-refundable. The session may be rescheduled once, and only if you give us more than 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.

Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, no-shows, and any second reschedule request are treated as used, and the fee is not refundable or transferable. Nothing here removes any rights you have under applicable law.

5. Chargebacks & disputes

If you ever have a concern about a payment, please contact us first via our contact form so we can resolve it — before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider. Raising a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and can affect access to current or future programs.

6. Eligibility, scheduling & our discretion

Enrolment is by application and is offered at our discretion to applicants we believe are a genuine fit. We may modify the program schedule, format, or materials to improve your outcome, and we may decline or discontinue participation where a client is disruptive, abusive, or acts in bad faith. Where we discontinue for these reasons, any refund is at our reasonable discretion.

7. Attendance & participation

The weekly community calls and program sessions are central to results. You are expected to attend and participate. Persistent non-attendance does not entitle you to a refund or extension, though we will always try to help you catch up where life genuinely gets in the way.

8. Confidentiality & community conduct

What is shared inside sessions and the community is private. You agree not to record, screenshot, or share other members’ personal stories outside the group, and to keep the space respectful and safe. Recording of live calls is not permitted without prior written consent.

9. Intellectual property

All program content — including the Nazariya™ framework, the MAGNET Method™, Identity Drift™, the Identity Loop™, worksheets, recordings, and materials — is our intellectual property, licensed to you for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or teach it as your own.
